Daniele—better known as Astrality—grew up in Rome with a deep love for music. He started out on the piano at age nine, getting into classic tunes, then picked up the electric guitar as a teen and even formed a band with his friends to jam on some blues and rock.

Over time, he started writing his own songs and slowly made his way into the world of electronic dance music. His first steps into the scene were as a drum and bass DJ, and eventually he began producing his own tracks. Even though he was passionate about music, he initially took a more “traditional” route by earning a degree in International Relations. Looking back, he says, “I was happy with my career path, but I was slowly realizing that music was where I should have been.”

Though he’d been making music since 2011, it wasn’t until the pandemic that things really took off. After entering Disclosure’s first remix contest and catching the attention of the German label Selected, he released his debut single, Alone Together, which went viral in Switzerland and Belgium.

Astrality quickly made a name for himself as he landed a spot at Italy’s biggest electronic festival, Nameless Music Festival, and by 2024 he’d racked up a Gold Record, over 200 million streams, and even made his debut at Tomorrowland Belgium. Today, he’s a rising star in the global dance music scene, fueled by a lifelong passion for creating tasteful music.
